Welcome to the Plover Retreat. This cozy cabin in Grand Marais, Michigan sleeps five and is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. Plover’s Retreat has two bedrooms, one with a double size bed and one with a twin loft bed. There is also an enclosed porch with a queen size bed surrounded by windows. The bathroom includes a standup shower. The house comes equipped with quality bedding and towels, as well as a television with cable and DVD/VCR. The open kitchen, dining area, and living space provide a nice space for relaxing and recharging. Outside you will find a front porch, a charcoal grill, and a fire pit with plenty of seating for enjoying a campfire out under the stars. 

Lazy, quiet days lend themselves to reading a book or putting together a puzzle on the enclosed porch while still getting to enjoy the scenery outside. The driveway includes plenty of room to park vehicles and toys. Though only a few minutes from town, Plover’s Retreat and its surrounding yard feel secluded and private. Just a short walk (five to ten minutes on foot turn right on H-58 towards town, turn right on Ellen Street to a public beach) from our property is public beach access for one of Lake Superior's prettiest spots. Enjoy the first cup of coffee in the morning on our deck and watch the hummingbirds zip around looking for food.
