Welcome to Brook's Retreat, cozy one-story home with a private sugar-sand beach on Lake Superior. Inside you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private door to the back deck. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and the third has twin bunk, common area has two twin beds with trundles. Brook's Retreat has two bathrooms, one with a full bathtub/shower and another with a shower stall. A newly renovated and fully stocked kitchen is located to the side of the open dining room and living room, all with views of Lake Superior out the window. An indoor common area that leads to the garage provides lots of space for storing gear and toys. Also included in the common area of the home are five additional single beds. The back deck has bench seating and chairs and leads you to a path down to the fire pit and onto the sand dunes and private beach.
